(PRV) Owned by Lady Mary Wortley Montagu, her 'M' in ink on front endpaper. The book is accompanied by a typed letter signed by Robert Halsband, 28 Feb. 1964, establishing that two copies of this book were recorded as owned by Lady Mary Wortley Montagu in 1739, and a letter signed by P. J. Dobell, 5 April 1933, noting that this copy was purchased from her library at Sothebyís ëmany years agoí. From the collection of John R. B.
