(PRV) With a contemporary ink signature on the front free endpaper of Volume II which reads, ìThe Lady ?, Bussers Street, London.î The first page of the terminal Table of Contents in Volume I is labelled a2. Presumably, these three leaves were intended for the front of the book, have been misbound, so that a properly bound collation would read a4, B-M12, N3.
