(CON) The volume contains four plays bound together and the other three are: I. The old batchelor. A comedy, as written by Mr. Congreve, and performed at the Theatre-Royal in Drury-Lane. Regulated from the prompt-book, by permission of the managers, by Mr. Hopkins, Prompter. London: printed for John Bell, near Exeter-Exchange, in the Strand. MDCCLXXVIII. II. Sir Courtly Nice: or, it cannot be. A comedy. As it is acted at the Theatres-Royal in Drury-Lane and Covent-Garden, by His Majesty's servants. Written by Mr. Crown. London: Printed for C. Bathurst, Mess. Hawes, Clarke, and Collins, T. Lowndes, T. Caslon, and C. Corbett. MDCCLXV. III. The careless husband a comedy of five acts; written by Colley Cibber, Esq. with the variations in the manager's book, at the Theatre-Royal in Covent Garden. London: printed for W. Lowndes; S.
