(GEN) Commonplace book with 45 leaves (42 at the front and 3 at the back; 34 blank leaves between) filled with printed poetry cut from periodicals and pasted in. Periodicals include Manchester Guardian, Blackwoods Magazine and Birmingham Journal, amongst many others not identified. The poets include Marguerite Gardiner, Countess of Blessington, Felicia Hemans, Mary Howitt and Letitia Elizabeth Landon.
