(DON) Donated by Sandra Clark, February 2017.||(PRV) A complete set of Jane Austen's novels that belonged to the Knight family.||(PRV) They were present in the Knight library at Chawton House until at least 1908 as they appear in a Library catalogue from this year.||(PRV) The collection features the bookplate of Montagu George Knight (1844-1914), the son of Jane Austen's nephew, Edward Knight.||(GEN) 'Persuasion' is bound with 'Northanger Abbey'
