(CON) Engraved frontispiece neatly laid down, extensive contemporary manuscript corrections (by the Duchess herself?), and two paste-on slips assigning certain scenes to ìmy Lord Duke.î Pp. 15-16 in the last pagination defective and restored with about twenty words in manuscript, and a number of other neat old marginal repairs. Contemporary ownership inscription of Francis Bernard, almost certainly the physician famous for his spendid library.
